This black and white art photograph presents a variety of contrasting lines. Some straight, others curved. The hose and the body of the nude woman present organic curves. The rails and pipes of the industrial setting are straight lines. Compare these to their reflections, bent and distorted in the shiny metal tank. Diagonals run through the image, never quite lining up neither parallel or perpendicular. The lack of alignment with each other or the edges of the image creates a disquieting effect. The array of lines scattered throughout the image keep us searching for order which seems just out of reach.

Reflections in the tall metal tanks present bold verticals of highlight and shadow. Faint water spots add intricacy to otherwise smooth surfaces.

Emily poses elaborately in an unlikely scenario. This black and white art nude photograph shows her located amidst a local brewhouse tank.

The warm hues both compliment and compete with the cool tones to create a whimsical monochromatic art nude photograph.

The figure resides in the middle of the image, encompassed by a hose from the warehouse. The circular motion of the hose adds a whimsical effect to the otherwise lateral lines of the brewhouse tanks and pipes. The tension in her lower body is balanced by the relaxed nature of her upper half, which compliments the juxtaposition between the circular motion of the hose and the harsh lines of the warehouse.
