International Orders

Artwork and autographed photobooks ship from the United States. For international orders, you may have to pick up your shipment at the post office and pay import duties or taxes. International duties and taxes vary by destination and are not included.

International Shipping Options

  1. Postal service: lowest cost, most effort. Pick up the package at the post office, pay duties.
  2. Duty Prepaid + Expedited: easiest. Choose this shipping option at checkout.  Art will delivered directly to your address via DHL, UPS, or FedEx all with one payment at the time of checkout.
  3. Your courier account: convenient delivery and payment. Tell me your (FedEx/UPS/DHL) account number for shipping, duties and tax. Use the code: billrecipientshipping if you are providing a shipping account number.

How much are taxes?

Import tariffs and VAT (value added tax) on artwork vary by country but are typically 5% to 12% of the purchase price in the EU and UK.  Coming from the US, my prices do not include VAT. For example, my UK customers report 5% VAT and zero tariffs on artwork.

Many countries do not charge any tariff duty on the importation of my art. Photographs are accompanied by a customs declaration, which usually entitles you to duty-free and/or reduced VAT/tax under the harmonized tariff code, depending on your location.

International shipping times

International delivery times depend on location. I use first class package service, priority mail, or priority mail express depending on the size and value of the package.
