Security is important to everyone. I protect your data the to same degree I protect my own data. I do not directly collect your financial information. You have your choice of PayPal or Amazon, two of the largest e-commerce companies, to send payment. At no time do I have your credit card number or other financial information.

Payment Options

For your convenience, I accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card payments are securely processed through your choice of PayPal or Amazon. By offering your choice of these two well-known companies to process payment, no payment information is directly entered on the website.

Pricing and Availability

In-stock books are generally shipped in 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock books can be backordered and are typically processed in 1-2 weeks.

Limited edition prints are generally shipped in 7 business days. If there is anything unusual with your order you will promptly receive an email with the details. Ask me for shipping details when you place your order.

As an independant artist managing all facets of my business, I know prompt processing is important to you and strive to process your order swiftly. Please understand I am only one person. Photo trips and other circumstances can affect processing times. If I will be gone more than three business days, there will be a notice on the site. If there are unforeseen delays, I will keep customers informed.

Although I take measures to ensure that the web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. I cannot be responsible for a mistyped price that would cause me to lose money. In case of such an error, I will either give you a full refund or process the order at my loss.

Particular impression numbers (e.g. 4/10) cannot be assured. The impression number shown is an example. Due to the possibility of near-simultaneous sales through multiple outlets, availability cannot be assured. If a limited edition print is sold out, any over-subscribed orders will be refunded in full.

Books are shipped domestically via USPS and typically arrive in less than one week (48 United States) after shipment. Expedited US shipping delivers books in 2-3 days. International delivery times depend on location. Priority mail shipping upgrade is available on photobooks for most US destinations at no additional costs. This is helpful when an order is for a gift deadline such as a birthday or Christmas. Books are double-packed with cardboard and bubble wrap.

Limited edition prints are sent via USPS priority mail, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. All are insured against damage and guaranteed to be replaced if not in pristine condition upon arrival. Damaged prints must be returned before replacement, and in almost all cases I will pay for the return shipping. Prints arrive domestically within 3 days of shipment. International delivery times depend on location.Prints are wrapped in glassine or archival sleeving, double-packed in a round cardboard tube, encased in a triangular mailing tube, and packed with bubble packing. Prints 40 inches and larger will be protected by an outer PVC tube.

Undeliverable packages that are returned to me are subject to reshipping charges. Please contact me if you need more information on shipping.

International Orders

Unless otherwise stated, all items ship from the United States. For international orders, you typically with have to pick up your shipment at the post office and pay import duties or taxes; these vary by country. If you would like to pre-pay customs duties and taxes so that items are delivered directly to you, please contact me either immediately before or after your order. Duty-pre-paid orders are sent via DHL. Prints are accompanied by a customs "declaration of art", which may entitle you to duty-free and/or reduced tax under the harmonized tariff heading 9701, depending on your location. Books are not accompanied by any certificate or declaration of art.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Orders may be cancelled before they begin processing, without penalty. If you are dissatisfied with your choice of artwork or book, you may send it back for full credit towards an exchange for a different design or title. (When changing your mind, you pay return shipping.) If any item does not match the advertised description to your satisfaction, and a suitable replacement cannot be found, you are entitled to a refund of your full purchase price. If an item is damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Sales Tax

I do not charge sales tax on items purchased at that are delivered outside of South Carolina. Because very few orders are for in-state deliveries, I absorb the cost of state and local sales tax and pay it to the appropriate agencies when required.
